Get used to Torrent Download
First of all, you have to download a torrent client.

or,

Now open any torrent sites...
It could be http://kickass.to/ or, https://yts.re/
Now, click on any files in these sites.
A page like following would open when visiting kickass -
Click on download as I red circled above.
A file would open like the following:
Click on the file as I red squared.
If you have a torrent client installed (i.e. bittorrent/miutorrent) that would open this file to download like the following image:
Click on ok and your download will start. Once download is finished, you would be notified with text. Also, if you check our bittorent client software, you would see that it is seeding.
The more you seed the better would be the download speed of the file for others. But if you don't want to see, just remove it.
To remove, right click on the link like following image:
Then click on ok like the following image:
